Developex is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager on advisory terms with a high expertise in account and process management in the IT outsourcing industry. Upon mutual interest and workload availability, there is a possibility of collaboration on a more permanent basis.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the IT services field with account management in outsourcing/outstaffing projects involving the development of motivational and bonus systems;
- English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
- Higher education (preferably technical or economic);
- Excellent communication skills with clients and the ability to transform client needs into proposals;
- Proactive approach to problem-solving;
- Ability to report and plan work;
- Active participation in the development of new products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Development and optimization of account management processes;
- Identification and analysis of process effectiveness, workload, and requirements;
- Calculation of rewards and bonuses for account managers;
- Management of short-term and long-term projects in the field of outsourcing and outstaffing.
